By accessing or using iCircle (icircle.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

iCircle is an automated technical analysis tool for cryptocurrency markets. It generates algorithmic signals based on price data for informational purposes only. The service includes real-time chart data, algorithmic signals, performance analytics, and push notifications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans

iCircle offers three tiers: Free Trial (7 days full access), Follower (free, limited features), and Pro (paid subscription, full access). When a paid plan expires, your account is automatically downgraded to the Follower tier. Pricing and features may change with prior notice.

5. Investment Disclaimer & Unlicensed Status

iCircle is an automated technical analysis tool and is NOT a licensed investment advisor under Vietnamese law or any other jurisdiction. iCircle signals are for informational purposes only and do NOT constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to trade. iCircle does not provide personalized investment advice. Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the signal algorithms, source code, design, and brand, is the proprietary intellectual property of iCircle. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (b) resell or redistribute signals; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer signal algorithms; (d) interfere with the service or its infrastructure; (e) impersonate another user or provide false information.

8. Refund Policy

Pro subscribers may request a refund through the Account page. Refund requests are reviewed and approved or rejected by the admin team. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

iCircle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, exchange API outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. Signal delivery depends on Binance exchange data availability.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
