We collect: (a) Account information — email, full name, phone number, CCCD (citizen ID) for Pro verification; (b) Usage data — login activity, notification preferences, trading history you voluntarily enter; (c) Technical data — device type, browser, push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide and maintain the service, send trading signal notifications, process subscription payments and refunds, communicate service updates, and improve the platform.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Authentication tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (Cloudflare). We do not store payment card information directly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except: (a) Cloudflare — for HTTPS/CDN delivery; (b) SMTP provider — for transactional emails; (c) Web Push services — for push notification delivery; (d) when required by Vietnamese law.

5. Push Notifications

When you enable push notifications, your browser generates a unique push subscription (endpoint + encryption keys). This data is stored to deliver notifications. You can disable push notifications at any time in your Account settings or browser settings.

6. Cookies

We use httpOnly cookies for authentication (JWT access token and refresh token). These are essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Trading signals and candle data are retained indefinitely for analytics. Expired refresh tokens are automatically deleted. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data (Account page), correct inaccurate data, request account deletion, and withdraw consent for push notifications. Contact support for data-related requests.

9. Children

iCircle is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
